Khaoula Ben El Hadj is a Tunisia- and Berlin-based creative activist with a background in management and more than ten years of experience in business development and project management. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with various companies across industries, developing strong organizational and leadership skills.
Over the past few years, Khawla has shifted her focus toward more purpose-driven work. Drawing from her passion for art and activism, she is now dedicated to combining her creative interests with her professional expertise to support social justice initiatives. Her work centers around curating and managing interdisciplinary projects that explore the intersection of art, politics, and community.
She has collaborated with human rights NGOs and art collectives to develop and curate events that create space for critical dialogue, artistic expression, and collective empowerment. With her cross-sectoral background and multilingual, intercultural perspective, Khawla brings both structure and sensitivity to the projects she leads.
